The ceremony will be outdoors on grass, so please consider appropriate footwear.
Reception, cocktail hour, and other spaces will be covered and on paved surfaces.
The ceremony will take place outdoors at The Seneca Ridge with a view of Seneca Lake.
Cocktail hour and reception will be held in a tented space adjoining the ceremony area.
Complimentary shuttle service will be provided between the 41 Lakefront Hotel and the venue. A block of rooms has been reserved for guests who wish to take advantage of special wedding rates.
You're welcome to ride the shuttle even if you are not staying at the hotel. See the 'Details' page for shuttle times.
Parking at the venue is very limited—please contact us in advance if you plan to drive.
Please refer to your invitation for guest details. If you received a plus one, it will be indicated on your invitation.
Please arrive early and before the ceremony which will begin promptly at 4:30 PM. A detailed schedule of events, including shuttle times, can be found on the 'Details' page.

No, we kindly ask that all guests honor our request for a completely "unplugged" ceremony. We will respectfully prohibit all use of electronic devices for the entire duration of the ceremony. I.e., zero use of mobile phones or screens — including texting, notifications, etc., as well as photo and video — no personal cameras, and no other electronic devices of any kind.
Phones should be set to 'Do Not Disturb' or turned off completely (i.e., 'Silent' modes that allow vibration are not acceptable).
Our ceremony in particular is deeply meaningful to us — we thank you for your cooperation and for sharing witness to the occasion without distraction. We've arranged for professional photography to document everything, and we promise to share those photos afterward.
